S.F. No. 1832 appropriates $220,000 to the secretary of state from the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) account for authorized purposes.  $1,200,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 to the secretary of state from the HAVA acount to implement voter photo ID requirement, if enacted by law.
