S.F. No. 2370 (First Engrossment) provides that a watershed district may only acquire real property in a city or town if the governing body of the city or town adopts a resolution in support of the acquisition, unless the watershed district has a plan approved by the Board of Water and Soil Resources that identifies the property for acquisition.
