The bill adds cross-references to the predatory offender community notification provision in Minnesota Statutes, section 244.052. The cross-references are to a provision of law enacted this session that authorizes full community notification for patients released from the Minnesota Sex Offender Program to residential facilities/halfway houses. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
