|
This bill expands the eligibility for Gold Star special license plates to legal guardians and siblings of a person who has died while serving honorably in active military service. Under current law, only a surviving spouse or parent is eligible.
This bill is effective August 1, 2011, for motor vehicle registrations applied for or renewed on or after that date.
