|
Section 1 [Local Standards] permits alternative local standards to define an acceptable system for subservice sewage treatment in certain circumstances and with certain restrictions.
Section 2 [Rulemaking] requires the Commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency to amend agency rules to conform to Section 1. The commissioner is permitted to use an abbreviated rule-making procedure.
