Section 1 [Exception] amends a subdivision that lists substances that the Racing Commission may, by rule, allow to be used for a horse running at a licensed racetrack. Under current law, an amount specified in statute of a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug may be used. This section strikes the specified amount and replaces it with an amount set by rule by the Racing Commission. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
