|
Section 1 [E-Verify] requires appointing authorities to verify the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees using the federal E-Verify program. The Commissioner of Management and Budget must oversee training for executive branch appointing authorities on the use of E-Verify and must conduct audits to ensure compliance.
