Section 1 [501(c)(19) Organization] defines 501(c)(19) organization.

Section 2 [Lawful Purpose] permits contributions of gross profits from lawful gambling to 501(c)(19) organizations that do not have an organization license to conduct lawful gambling; are not affiliated with the contributing organization; and whose owned or leased property is not a permitted premises for conducting lawful gambling.  This section limits the 501(c)(19) organization’s use of the contribution.
