|
S. F. No. 1625 authorizes St. Louis County to sell specified property, known as the Chris Jensen Health & Rehabilitation Center, to the current lessee of the property. The lessee is providing nursing home services under a contract with the county. The county has determined that its land management interests are best served by transferring ownership of the property to the lessee.
The sale may be completed without advertising for bids. The sale price is to be negotiated between the county and the lessee. The sale may include tangible or intangible personal property associated with the property. The conveyance must be executed by October 31, 2014.
