|
This bill authorizes the City of Bloomington and the Bloomington Port Authority to extend the duration of TIF District No. 1-I (containing the Bloomington Central Station property) through December 31, 2038. Absent an extension, the district must decertify in 2031.
This bill is effective upon compliance of Bloomington’s governing body and compliance with statutory notice requirements.
