|
This bill grants a person 55 years and older reinstatement of eligibility for a premium reduction on auto insurance if the person successfully completes a retaking of the original course, or a refresher course, more than 3 years from the date the person last was eligible for a premium reduction.
The act is effective the day following final enactment.
