Section 1, subdivision 3 [Sharing of gratuities] allows employees to establish a system for sharing gratuities.  Allows an employer to report the amounts received for tax purposes and, upon request, safeguard and disburse the shared gratuities.  Allows employers to post this section of law for the information of employees.
