Section 1 provides the template for the three 2011 appropriations in the bill.

 

Section 2 appropriates $2,043,000 from the general fund to the Commissioner of Public Safety to provide the state match for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster assistance to political subdivisions for the spring floods of 2009.

 

Section 3 appropriates $290,000 from the general fund to the Board on Judicial Standards for special investigative and hearing costs. 

 

Section 4 appropriates $38,000 from the general fund to the Tax Court for expenditures in 2010 and 2011.

 

Section 5 provides an immediate effective date.
