Omnibus Liquor Bill Comparison

Section 1 - Bulk Wine- Authorizes farm wineries to use bulk wine.

Section 1 - Bulk Wine- House adds conditions that bulk wine may not be counted as part of Minnesota grown requirement and must be blended and not directly bottled.

Section 2 - Agricultural land- Farm wineries must be on agricultural land on a prospective basis.

Section 2 - TCF Bank Stadium- Allows the sale of intoxicating liquor at stadium if provides for sale at location convenient to general public.

Section 3 - TCF Bank Stadium- Identical

Section 3 - Wine Festival- Allows off-sale of six bottles of wine at wine festival.

Section 4 - Wine Festival- Identical

Section 4 - Wine Educator License- Authorizes wine educator licenses

Section 8 - Moorhead License- Allows city of Moorhead to issue on-sale license to Bluestem Center for the Arts

Section 9 - Minneapolis- Allows licensing for Kicks Liquor Store

Section 10 - Minneapolis- Identical

Section 10 - Expiration- Sunset on TCF Bank Stadium provision
