Section 1.  Liquor reporting requirements; penalty.  Provides that liquor manufacturers, distributors, or other wholesalers are not required to provide copies of sales tax exemption certificates for the retailers to whom they sold liquor in the annual information reports required to be filed with the Department of Revenue.  Effective for reports required to be filed beginning in calendar year 2012. 

Section 2.  Liquor reporting requirements.  Retroactively exempts liquor manufacturers, distributors, or other wholesalers from the reporting requirement proposed under section 1, effective for reports required to be filed in calendar years 2010 or 2011.
