The bill prohibits the licensure to practice chiropractic of persons convicted of a felony-level
criminal sexual conduct offense (Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st- through 4th-Degrees, or
similar statutes in other jurisdictions).
Licenses denied or revoked under this section are not eligible for reinstatement under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 364 (Criminal Rehabilitation).
