Section 1 changes the origination point of Route No. 145, from a point "on" Route No. 10, to a point "on or near" Route No. 10.
This section is effective immediately.
Section 2 specifies the turnback of Legislative Route No. 262 to Martin County, removing the highway from the state trunk highway system. This turnback is effective the day following the commissioner's receipt of an agreement between the commissioner and Martin County.
The Revisor of Statutes is instructed to remove Route 262 from Minnesota Statutes upon notice from the commissioner.
