S.F. No. 377 authorizes the Commissioner of Human Services to approve a planned closure rate adjustment for an eight-bed nursing facility in Clinton that closed in 2005 and the assignment of the adjustment to a 50-bed facility in Graceville. The adjustment may be approved notwithstanding the time period specified in current law.
