S.F. No. 3256 - Day Training And Habilitation License Modifications
Author: Senator Dan Skogen
Prepared by: Joan White, Senate Counsel (651/296-3814)
Date: March 7, 2008

Senate File No. 3256 modifies the license requirements for day training and habilitation (DT&H) programs, by not requiring a separate license:

1) if the DH&H program is in a separate building that is adjacent to the central

operations of the DT& H program; and

2) if the program is a satellite program, which is a DT&H program that is affiliated with

the central operations of an existing program, that is in a separate nonadjacent building in the same county as the central operation DT&H program.
