Section 1, subdivision 8, paragraph (d), provides that a licensee or employee of the licensee has no duty to disclose information regarding airport zoning regulations if the broker or salesperson provides notice that a copy of the regulations can be obtained at the office of the county recorder where the zoned area is located.

Section 2, subdivision 3, paragraph (c), provides that the seller has no duty to disclose information regarding airport zoning regulations if the seller provides notice that a copy of the regulations can be obtained at the office of the county recorder where the zoned area is located.

Section 3 repeals Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 360.065, subdivision 3, which requires disclosure of airport zoning regulations in specified situations.
