Section 1 removes the existing "Voyageur Highway" designation from a segment of Trunk Highway No. 53.

Section 2 designates a section of Trunk Highway marked 53 in Duluth as Walter F. Mondale Drive. This designation is subject to existing law that directs the commissioner not to design, erect, or maintain signs until being assured of the availability of nonstate funds adequate to pay all costs.
