S.F. No. 884 extends until December 31, 2006, the project approval for a Renville County nursing home moratorium exception project approved by the Commissioner of Health in 2002. (Project approvals expire after 18 months. All projects approved between July 1, 2001, and June 30, 2003, were granted an additional 18 months by previous legislative action.)
