Section 2 provides that regulation over bioprocess piping is with the Department of Labor and Industry.
Section 3 requires that the state building code contain the special provisions contained in new paragraph (m). Those special provisions include trade secret and nonpublic data classification regarding production processes, a definition of bioprocess piping, limitations on a municipality's ability to impose fees, and regulation by the Department of Labor and Industry.
Section 4 includes bioprocess piping within the definition of high pressure piping subject to regulation by the Department of Labor and Industry.
