S.F. No. 1118 extends until December 31, 2007, the project approval for an Otter Tail
County nursing home moratorium exception project approved by the Commissioner of Health on
December 20, 2002. (Project approvals expire after 18 months unless the facility has commenced
construction. All projects approved between July 1, 2001, and June 30, 2003, were granted an
additional 18 months by previous legislative action.)
