 S.F. No. 39 requires the Commissioner of Health to accept an application for essential community provider designation from a nonprofit community clinic located in Hennepin county that provides health care to an underserved American Indian population and is collaborating with other neighboring organizations on a diabetes project and an immunization project. This application must be accepted by June 30, 2003.
