1.9Reports the same back with the recommendation that the bill be amended as follows:
1.10Page 2, delete section 4
1.11Page 6, delete lines 3 to 5 and insert:
1.12"The commissioner of management and budget shall transfer from the health care
1.13access fund to the general fund up to $21,319,000 in fiscal year 2014; up to $42,314,000
1.14in fiscal year 2015; up to $56,147,000 in fiscal year 2016; and up to $64,683,000 in fiscal
1.15year 2017."
1.16Renumber the sections in sequence
1.17Amend the title numbers accordingly
1.18And when so amended that the bill be recommended to pass and be referred to
1.19the full committee.
