1.6of the Harambee community school from the East Metro Integration District to the
1.7Roseville school district.
1.8Reports the same back with the recommendation that the bill be amended as follows:
1.9Page 1, delete subdivision 1 and insert:
1.10    "Subdivision 1. Facilities. Notwithstanding the specified uses of state general
1.11obligation bond proceeds appropriated in Laws 1994, chapter 643, section 14, subdivision
1.127, and section 62, the facilities owned by the Joint Powers District No. 6067, East Metro
1.13Integration District, in Roseville, known as the Harambee community school, may be
1.14conveyed to Independent School District No. 623, Roseville, for any public educational
1.15use."
1.16Page 1, line 19, after "a" insert "flexible" and delete "section 124D.128" and insert
1.17"sections 124D.12 to 124D.127"
1.18Page 1, line 20, after "pupils" insert "enrolled in 2012-2013 school year"
1.19Page 1, line 21, after "school" insert "in succeeding school years"
1.20And when so amended that the bill be recommended to pass and be referred to
1.21the full committee.
